Shipping policy


At Valesto, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and at affordable rates. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.

 

1. Shipping Coverage

Currently, we ship only within India. We are working to expand our reach and will announce international shipping in the future.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Orders below ₹999 – A flat shipping fee of ₹70 will be applied.

  • Orders ₹999 and above – Free shipping across India.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful order confirmation.

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.

Note: Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer for delivery.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on all eligible orders.

  • In case of repeated COD rejections or fraudulent activity, Valesto reserves the right to restrict COD for certain customers.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp to monitor your shipment in real-time.

6. Delays

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, courier delays, etc.) may occasionally cause a delay. We request your patience and understanding in such cases.

7. Non-Delivery & Returns

  • If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.

  • In such cases, re-shipping charges will apply if you wish to have the order re-sent.
